Organizational and administrative support for the Marketing Manager
Coordination, control, and planning of advertising measures
Maintenance and updating of the website
Management of social media channels
Email marketing (newsletters, mailings, promotions)
Creation of print layouts for packaging, advertisements, brochures, etc.
Independent project management for specific special topics
Planning and organization of events, trade fairs, and special customer events, including their management and support
Selection and collaboration with agencies and suppliers
Booking and organizing trade fairs, as well as coordinating appointments and communication with suppliers/agencies
Selection and ordering of promotional items and giveaways
Creation, distribution, and analysis of communication materials

Completed training or a degree in marketing, media design, and relevant work experience
Proficiency with Adobe programs (especially InDesign, Photoshop), MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Contao
Knowledge of market research techniques
