Quality engineered in Germany
... and „Made in Southern Germany“
High product quality, quick responsiveness, and individual adaptation to customer needs – these are the arguments with which EMKA Schmiertechnik has established its market position over the past 35 years.
Hillclimb racing is the high-octane battle between man, machine, and track. Marc Längerer knows that concentration is key. Before every start, he mentally goes through the entire course, every turn, every gear shift. Only when everything runs perfectly can Längerer compete at the front. Last year, he claimed the class victory in the final round of the German Hillclimb Championship (DBM) and can now call himself the German vice-champion in his performance class.
Längerer is a dedicated EMKA athlete. However, he chose the "Made in Southern Germany" brand for different reasons: "I work in a large quarry. Everything there is lubricated with oils and greases from EMKA. Where the products are used, there has never been any damage. That’s why I trust EMKA Race Power 20W60 for my 1,400 cc high-performance engine in my VW Polo 16V."
For 35 years, EMKA Schmiertechnik has been a supplier of high-quality lubricants and oils for various application areas such as cars, motorcycles, industry, forestry, and agriculture. The 35th company anniversary marked the transition from a traditional mineral oil trade to a renowned manufacturer. Since then, the promise has been "Quality engineered in Germany." All products are manufactured under strict quality controls.
Extensive Range
EMKA Schmiertechnik offers a wide range of lubricants, including engine oils, gear oils, industrial oils, water-miscible lubricants, food-grade lubricants, and biodegradable hydraulic oils.
The products are designed to meet the highest demands in various industries and to be multifunctional, emphasizes the South German company. As a medium-sized supplier, EMKA can operate flexibly in the market, quickly respond to changes, and adapt individually to customer needs. An example of this is the in-house AdBlue plant. With AdBlue technology, it is possible to reduce the nitrogen content of diesel engine exhaust gases by over 90 percent. Therefore, AdBlue is now indispensable for commercial vehicles, heavy-duty transportation, and agriculture. European manufacturing has a clear advantage in light of the problems of a global supply chain and difficult raw material procurement.
