The supposedly dead live longer. This also applies to diesel.

The ecological shift nearly led to its downfall. However, biodiesel is coming to market faster than many anticipated. With HVO 100, a synthetic climate-friendly fuel is being established that emits up to 90% less greenhouse gas emissions compared to regular diesel. It is derived from biological waste materials and is considered a true recycling wonder by many.

This neutralizes CO2 emissions in combustion engines. But what about particles and other emissions? Those who use the new particulate filters and combine their fuel with premium AdBlue will be amazed: the particle counter shows no significant readings. The air quality around the vehicle is nearly identical both in front of and behind it.

Taking responsibility for us does not mean abandoning a technology, but rather making improvements with innovation and expertise. Diesel remains the backbone for many companies. For this reason, we are expanding our in-house capacities for the production of AdBlue. The new EMKA production facility in Bretzfeld produces 18,000 liters of AdBlue per hour, catering to all sectors:

• Industrial AdBlue
• AdBlue for automotive
• AdBlue concentrate for shipping and power plant technology
• Additionally: AdBlue with high-quality additive against crystallization.
  This significantly extends the lifecycle of machines.

The EMKA AdBlue meets all certification standards of the German Automotive Industry Association (VDA) as well as all manufacturer requirements. Additionally, EMKA AdBlue often exceeds the necessities outlined in the VDA and ISO certificates. From 5-liter canisters to complete pallets and truckloads—EMKA delivers all quantities by arrangement.
